Situated on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lower Broadaford, in the beautiful South Hams (an Area of Great Landscape Value), lies this very attractive converted barn. Four bedrooms (3 double, 1 twin) provide accommodation for up to 8 people. Arranged as an ‘upside down’ house to take advantage of its setting and retaining some delightful quirkiness, Quither affords peace and tranquility whilst being perfectly placed for the wide variety of activities in the area. The superb South Devon beaches and coastline are close by (Mothecombe at the mouth of the Erme is 6 miles), and Bigbury Bay, with adjoining Bantham Beach, provides one of the finest kitesurfing venues in the country. Lower Broadaford is also right on the southern edge of Dartmoor with Western Beacon just a mile away.

With its spacious, well-equipped interior and pleasant, private courtyard, Quither provides a very relaxing base at the end of a strenuous day’s activity.
